This service is offered to Gen-1 owners or machine shops who are looking to rebuild a Gen-1 as efficiently and simply as possible. Simply ship us your Gen-1 sleeves, and we will ship them back to you bored, honed and bead blasted, ready to install with brand new cylinder O-Rings! There is no need to ship us your complete engine block, only the sleeves are needed- eliminating the need for you to remove your engine block from the car.
Select below if you would like to rent our cylinder liner pulling tool for liner removal. Please note, a refundable charge of $500.00 will be added to the order. The charge will be refunded when we receive the tool back, less $50.00 per week additional rental fee, if kept in excess of the standard allotted one week rental charge.
NOTE: All liners will be bored to 4.030 unless otherwise instructed, or damage requires.
