FINALLY an answer to the outrageous price of OEM Mopar gaskets! We have decided to undertake the huge buy-in and get an alternative on the market. These gaskets will be higher quality than the gaskets offered by Mopar, and available in a multitude of thicknesses and bore sizes to accomodate any Gen-1 engine build, something which has never been available until now.
All gaskets are Multi-Layer-Steel (MLS) and feature a Viton rubber coating to ensure proper sealing and easy removal. Available in a variety of thicknesses to suite your upcoming build or maintenance.
For reference, OEM Head Gaskets utilize a bore of 4.030, and a thickness of .053, we would advise 4.030x.051 if you are looking for a simple OEM gasket replacement.
Select Bore of engine and Thickness below, gasket bore ordered should in most cases be Engine Bore + .010". If you need multiple bores and thicknesses, please order as separate items.
INSTALL NOTE: Proper torque for MLS head gaskets is different than original specification. Proper spec and sequence is 40lbs-80lbs-120lbs-120lbs in an outward spiral sequence from center cylinder. DO NOT skip secondary 120lbs sequence, as embossing will not be fully compressed on the first few bolts torqued on the first 120lbs sequence.
