Thats right, the EBC Green has been reformulated and no longer meets our needs. But guess what? We get a new reformulated EBC Red instead that have the same low-dust feature of the original Greens, with substantially more stopping power, and capable of light track duty.
EBC has re-formulated Redstuff using Ceramic particles and other special ingredients to deliver many of the same Greenstuff benefits, but are designed for the heavier and more powerful USA muscle cars in serious street and autocross combination use with a higher temperature threshold. They deliver strong stopping power, but still emit far less dust than OEM factory pads. In fact, Redstuff now offers the LEAST amount of dust possible in all the EBC ranges. They also feature the EBC Brake-In surface coating which conditions rotor surface and accelerates pad bed-in. For prolonged race track use, the new hybrid Yellowstuff is the next upgrade.
