EBC's Sport Rotors are British or American cast and machined using a high quality alloy designed to run up to 800/900 degrees centigrade (glowing red hot), still running true and straight. They offer the high performance features of wide aperture slots all the way to the edge of the rotor that draw cool air into the braking contact area, and expel dirt, dust and gases. They also feature "blind drilled" dimpled holes to help prevent cracking and break down the surface gases. Those of you with a high degree of brake knowledge already know that completely drilled through rotors are virtually guaranteed to start cracking around those holes sooner than later.
